Chiquita Sorrels, who is the Founder and Principal Consultant for Caitlin Enterprises, has more than 25 years of experience in project management and the computer science field. This experience includes systems analysis and programming, the management of user support services, and the setup of technical libraries. 

She has over eighteen years of experience setting up and managing Help Desk facilities. This has included management of Help Desks that: respond to both software and hardware problems; support users on mainframes, workstations and personal computers; and handle calls from walk-ins, telephone and electronic mail. In addition, Ms. Sorrels has provided classroom and individualized training to users and has extensive experience in writing user documentation.  She is currently an Adjunct Professor at Montgomery College where she teaches computer applications. 

Ms. Sorrels has a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's degree in Library Science from Drexel University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland.
